To live together is not always easy and some attentions can facilitate the daily life:
Ensure the areas are in good conditions.
Be careful when transporting objects in common areas or when doing work so as to avoid damage. These precautions reduce the number of repairs to be done.
Live peacefully with other inhabitants.
Do not leave your personal belongings in common areas so as not to disturb your neighbours. Limit noise level and olfactory situations.
Sharing between neighbours.
General meetings and meetings of the Trade Union Council are held to promote exchanges with your neighbours. Services between neighbours also enhance the relationships and make the co-ownership more harmonious!
