The co-owners can contact the Feel Free support team at any time. The latter will intervene as soon as possible in case of electrical failure, plumbing problem etc. occurring in the common parts of the condominium.
The skills available in-house and the experience of the teams make it possible to solve most of problems in a very short time.

Cost optimization
The experience of Feel Free and the number of trustees managed in Mauritius allow the company to have a good knowledge of the market prices and the reliability of the providers. The budget proposals therefore take into account the most competitive prices but also the credibility of the partners involved.
The trustee proceeds with a competitive bidding and a qualitative selection of the providers in agreement with the Union Council. The expenses and the management of the accounts are supervised by one of the directors, who is chartered accountant.

Each condominium has a manager, regularly present on the site, and available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. It is surrounded by a team of experts to answer all your questions (technical, legal, accounting and administrative).
